Wax granules for hot-wax injection molding

We offer the right wax in granule form for filling and sealing woodworm holes.

With the professional-grade large hot wax injector, the granules are poured directly into the material tank, where they melt. With the small, simple hot wax injector, the hard wax stick serves as the piston rod. Therefore, the wax granules must first be poured into sticks. For this process, we recommend using brass tubes approximately 80 mm long with an inner diameter of 8 mm. These are filled with the liquid wax and, once cooled, pushed out of the tubes. We offer these matching brass tubes in a set of 10. You can find them on the product page for the small hot wax injector.

Light brown wax granules for filling the tank of the current large hot wax injector and for making your own 8-mm-diameter wax sticks for the small hot wax injector. We supply these granules in 1,500-gram packages. Since there’s no need to shape the wax into sticks, this offsets the higher purchase cost of the large hot wax injector with a tank. For occasional use with the small hot wax injector, the 8-mm sticks are required after shaping.
