Blade disc for punching
This ready-to-use facing disc, similar to a plane, allows for efficient facing of metal pipe bodies ranging from small to large. It can be clamped into the chuck of an existing lathe.
When using it on a lathe, existing components must be adapted to provide support and/or counterpressure. If you would like our assistance with this, please feel free to contact us with a corresponding sketch.
Aluminum cutting disc with blade and outer protective ring. Sturdy steel shank, D=20 mm, 50 mm long, for clamping into a chuck.
Disc diameter: 170 mm. This allows for machining pipe diameters up to approximately 150 mm.
We are currently able to offer you a high-precision, speed-controlled electric lathe at an affordable price. We ourselves are impressed by its high precision, excellent stability thanks to the cast-iron base, and the simple and smooth tailstock adjustment, among other features. An affordable basic machine, ideal for machining metal pipe bodies and bases. This small lathe is equipped with a bed extension, enabling a machining length of at least 900 mm with the tailstock. We are offering this machine from our inventory at a one-time special price.
To use this machine as an electric reaming machine, you’ll need our reaming disc described above and, as an accessory, a U-shaped, height-adjustable V-support mounted directly in front of the reaming disc. You’ll also need at least one cone with the maximum diameter of the pipe bodies you wish to machine. A steel tailstock tip, for use when turning pipe stems, is included with the lathe. Upon request, we can offer and deliver a U-shaped V-support and the large counterpressure cone.
The price for our new bench-mounted lathe with bench extension is listed below.
In 2026, we redesigned a small-batch production run of a compact hand-operated end-milling device for interested customers. This was based on the earlier Laukhuff model. This new design differs from the Laukhuff model in that the support rail can be precisely and stably adjusted in height relative to the center of the cutting disc using a crank. Furthermore, a standard carbide replaceable blade from the range of large wood routers was used. This ensures optimal sharpness, which is essential for clean and effective processing of pipe ends. The disc is driven by a removable crank. At your own risk, the crankshaft can also be operated with a cordless screwdriver.
Currently, no units from this small production run are available. However, if there is sufficient interest, a new series can be produced. Please let us know if you are interested. As of 2026, the price is 870 euros net, excluding VAT.
