The vacuum press for occasional use, fully functional at an affordable price!
With this entry-level press, you can enjoy all the benefits of a vacuum press, just like with the professional version. Over-veneering, shape gluing, bends, curves etc., but only up to an area of 120 x 120 cm.
The Compact 100/150 consists of a small (approx. 35 x 17 x 12 cm), very quiet vacuum pump, which is connected to 230 volts via an upstream transformer. The supplied hose with dust filter is connected to the square vinyl vacuum bag with a pressing capacity of 120 x 120 cm. The vinyl bag with a material thickness of 30 mil is transparent on one side and sufficiently stable for occasional use. The transparent film gives you optimum glue control. A major advantage over opaque bag material. The bag is open on one side and is sealed quickly and tightly with the tried and tested "VacuPress C on tube" quick-release closure system. German operating instructions for the professional system are available for optimum handling.
Like all systems, the Compact 100/150 is supplied without a gluing board, which the woodworker can easily make himself from coated chipboard. As an additional benefit, the vacuum pump can be upgraded to a vacuum holding system for workpieces.
An inexpensive complete holding press for veneer work up to a size of 120 x 120 cm and for the production of curved shaped parts. Ideal for all those who want to use this practical surface gluing technology at a reasonable price.
On request and without time pressure, we can also provide you with other sizes such as 120x240, 120x300, 150x240 cm of the 30mil vinyl vacuum bags. You can also use these sizes with the small vacuum pump. The bags are not as durable as the strong PU vacuum bags, but are sufficient for occasional use.
