Temp. and humidity meter with data logger
At just 100 mm long and approx. 25 mm in diameter, this powerful data logger for rooms is an inconspicuous permanent measuring device for measuring temperature and air humidity. Ideal for use in the pipework of the organ or for monitoring cold rooms, refrigerated transportation, machine rooms or, of course, living rooms.
You can, for example, insert it between the organ pipes in a 20 mm grid board hole or fix it optimally with the wall bracket supplied and thus record the temperature and humidity from one annual tuning or service interval to the next, e.g. at 30-minute measuring intervals over a year.
The LOG32 TH version is based on the log basis and enables a pdf file with diagram to be read out without PC software on any PC with a USB connection. The many individual values are summarized as the basis of the curves on an A4 sheet and quickly provide an overall view with an indication of the extremes. Ideal for immediate argumentation on site or as proof of service or for warranty disputes. With extra software, which is only available as a free download with the LOG32 TH, changes to the measurement history and the creation of a DBF data file are possible, the individual values of which can be output and further processed using an Excel program.
This device is ideal for quick access, possibly on the customer's PC on site, or for the customer to simply read out the data and send the pdf file to you as an e-mail.
With such a protocol you can also get a picture of the current values on site over a greater distance.
The device is equipped with a powerful 3.6 V 1/2AA battery. Depending on the measuring intervals and connection time to the PC, the battery lasts for 1 - 3 years. Stored data is retained in the event of a power failure.
Technical details:
Measuring ranges 0 - 100 % RH (accuracy +/- 3 %), -40°C to + 70°C (accuracy +/- 1 ° C from -20 to +50°)

Adjustable cycle time of measurements from 30 sec. to 24 hours
LED display for active switching, alarm and battery status
Powerful 3.6 V battery (1/2AA)
USB plug covered with water-resistant sleeve

Below you will find instructions for operation and 2 sample measurement logs as pdf files.
The long-term diagram shows the overview over approx. 1.5 months. It is clearly visible that the dew point was never critical. The temperature and relative humidity were within the desired range. The brief spikes in humidity and temperature show that the device measured a high room temperature at this time due to the direct sunlight through the window at the sensor and therefore the relative humidity also fell sharply at this point. To evaluate these extremes in detail, the DBF file that may have been created at the same time would have to be read out using an Excel program.
